How To Apply Online AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 Form

• Apply online at AAI website: Careers tab to “Recruitment of Junior Executives through GATE 2023/2024/2025”. No other mode accepted. 
• Register email ID and mobile number; they must remain active through the process; all communication via registered email/mobile. 
• Keep ready: eligibility documents, valid GATE Registration Number/Score Card, category certificate if applicable, scanned recent photo and signature, and online payment details. 
• Submit form carefully, pay fee online, and save the final application print for records; no documents to be sent by post/email.

Mode Of Examination : N/A. Selection is through valid GATE 2023 or 2024 or 2025 score in the relevant paper; no separate AAI written test.

Stages Of Selection :

Shortlisting based on relevant GATE score to Application Verification of original documents to Merit list as per GATE score to Offer of Appointment. (Tie-break: higher GATE score, then older age, then higher qualifying-degree marks.)

Selection Procedure (summary):

Eligibility and all criteria reckoned on 27/09/2025. Shortlisting based on relevant GATE score followed by Application Verification. Final provisional selection by merit list of GATE scores subject to document and medical standards; JE (Electronics) undergoes about 6 months training and executes ₹7-lakh surety bond to serve AAI during training and 3 years after.

Pay Scale : 

Junior Executive (Group-B, E-1 level): ₹40,000–3%–₹1,40,000 (IDA). Perks at 35% of Basic Pay, DA, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, medical, etc.; approx. CTC ₹13 lakh per annum. Pay protection per DPE guidelines for eligible CPSE/State PSU/Govt. dept. joiners.
