Additionally, candidates should possess Skill Certificate of ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ for training of less than one year issued by an awarding body recognized under National Skill Qualifications Framework or by any other authority recognized by the Central Govt.

• Trade Apprentice (DEO – Fresher/Skill Certificate Holders): Register at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
• Technician Apprentice (Mechanical/Electrical/Telecom & Instrumentation): Register at nats.education.gov.in
• Trade Apprentice (HR/Accountant): Register at nats.education.gov.in

2. Login & Apply for IOCL Opportunities

• Candidates must login to NATS/NAPS portal using User ID/Email and apply for IOCL Apprenticeship openings with the correct Establishment ID:

• After registering in NATS/NAPS, candidates must also apply in IOCL Pipelines Portal: plapps.indianoilpipelines.in
• Use the same email ID & mobile number as in NATS/NAPS.

5. Registration Process (IOCL Portal)

• Part-I: Fill basic details, create password → get registration number via email/SMS.
• Part-II: Upload photo (20–50 KB, JPG), signature (10–30 KB, JPG, black ink), enter education/experience details → Final Submission (no changes allowed after this).

6. Final Steps

• Application window in IOCL Portal: 29/08/2025 to 18/09/2025
• Must mention NATS/NAPS registration number while applying in IOCL portal.
• Take a printout of submitted form for future use.
• Cut-off date for age & qualification eligibility: 31/08/2025
• Only online applications through NATS/NAPS + IOCL portal will be accepted.
