  • You can view your Khatauni copy on the main UP Bhulekh portal.
  • Go to the official UP Bhulekh website: upbhulekh.gov.in
  • On the homepage, look for the option “खतौनी (अधिकार अभिलेख) की नकल देखें” (View copy of Khatauni (Record of Rights)). You might also see “रियल टाइम खतौनी की नक़ल देखें” (View Real-Time Khatauni Copy). Click on it.
  • Enter the Captcha code shown in the image and click “Submit”.
  • You will be taken to a new page. Select your जनपद (District), तहसील (Tehsil), and ग्राम (Village) from the dropdown lists.
  • After selecting your village, you will see several options to search for your property:
  • खसरा/गाटा संख्या द्वारा खोजें (Search by Khasra/Gata Number)
  • खाता संख्या द्वारा खोजें (Search by Khata Number)
  • खातेदार के नाम द्वारा खोजें (Search by Owner’s Name)
  • नामांतरण दिनांक से खोजें (Search by Mutation Date)
  • Choose the most convenient option, enter the required details, and click the “खोजें” (Search) button.
  • Your property details will appear in a list. Click on your entry and then click the “उद्धरण देखें” (View Details/Extract) button.
  • A new window will open with your Khatauni copy.

2. How to Check Dakhil Kharij Status (दाखिल ख़ारिज की स्थिति)

The status of a Dakhil Kharij (mutation) application is checked on the Revenue Court (Vad) portal, as it is considered a legal case.

  • Go to the official Revenue Court portal: vaad.up.nic.in

  • The easiest way is to use your case number. Enter the “कंप्यूटरीकृत वाद संख्या” (Computerized Case Number) you received when you applied for mutation.
  • Enter the required details (like your case number and year) and click the “प्रदर्शित करें” (Display) or “खोजें” (Search) button.
