Note : Personnel Dept. circular (09.05.2025) on One-Time Registration (OTR) blocking for candidates who don’t appear in exams: - Missing 2 recruitment exams by Commission/Board in a financial year (FY: 01 Apr–31 Mar) :Online application blocked.
- Unblock OTR : Pay ₹750.
- After unblocking, if the candidate again misses 2 more exams in the same FY : Blocked again.
- Second unblock : Pay ₹1500.
- If a candidate withdraws application before exam date (via Commission), it won’t count as absence.
