2. What Happens Next?

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice:

  • We will review and remove the allegedly infringing content within 24–48 hours.
  • We may notify the user responsible for posting the content.
  • In repeat cases, the user’s access may be restricted or permanently banned.

3. Counter Notification (If Applicable)

If you believe the content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter notification with the following details:

  • Your signature (physical or digital).
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction of the local court (in India).

4. Repeat Infringement Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for repeated copyright infringement. Users found to be violating copyright laws more than once may be banned from our platform permanently.
