UPSC New OTR Online Form 2025 How To Register New UPSC OTR Portal Online Registration – Official Steps (Based on Official UPSC Notification) Instructions for creating your account Step 1: Go to the UPSC Online Portal Visit: https://upsconline.nic.in You will see four main sections (cards): Create Account and Login Universal Registration Common Application Form (CAF) Examinations Step 2: Create Your UPSC Account Click on “Create Account” from either: – The navigation bar OR – The first card on the homepage Read instructions, tick declaration box, click “Proceed for Account Creation” Required: Active Email ID (OTP verification) Active Mobile Number (OTP verification) Create password (follow instructions shown) Note: A confirmation email and SMS will be sent after successful registration.
